Clockmakers Cottage is a traditional period cob and stone built cottage with a dragon finial on the roof. The cottage is fully equipped, has period features and is maintained in excellent order. Recently decorated throughout.


Upstairs there is a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, a door to a private patio with table and chairs and views of the spire of the 13th Century church and the surrounding rolling countryside beyond. The cottage offers a double bedroom with exposed timber beams, ensuite shower, WC and sink.


Downstairs there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully fitted, electric hob and oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and all utensils and crockery for a cosy time for two. The lounge has a TV with built in DVD player and plenty of DVD films to view.


A welcome tray on arrival, a traditional Devon cream tea, a jug of local cider and freshly laid free-range eggs from our hens. Clockmakers Cottage, is a cosy and compact cottage for two.


Also available Knights Cottage if you are seeking a cottage for 4, or take them both for a party of 6.


All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. For your comfort and safety all of our properties are non-smoking. Each cottages offer parking for one vehicle and gardens with views to Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside.
